Diagnostics Pre-Arrival - Fuel System

Booking your vehicle for diagnosis and repair can seem confusing and overwhelming. There are many factors involved, such as unknown issues and hard-to-replicate problems, making it difficult to provide an accurate quote or timeline without first assessing the vehicle.

To help with this, we recommend booking our diagnostic service, which includes a detailed questionnaire, 2 hours of labour with a qualified technician, use of our diagnostic tools, chassis dyno if needed, and specialized diesel test equipment. The starting price for this service is $420. For most cases, this approach allows us to test, assess, and provide a estimate for repairs.

If we cannot complete the diagnosis within the given time, we will stop work and leave your vehicle in the same condition it was in when delivered. At that point, we will discuss the next steps, cost, and plan for further diagnosis. If, after reviewing the questionnaire with you, we believe more time or a higher cost is needed, we'll provide an updated estimate and time estimate before proceeding.

Please note that booking for diagnostics does not guarantee a repair on the same day. Small, simple jobs may be completed the same day, but for others, we may need to order parts and schedule another appointment.
